Craigsanquhar provides it Owners with the opportunity to use their Cottages as much as a typical owner would in a full ownership program. More importantly, Craigsanquhar Owners avoid the hassles and costs of absentee vacation homeownership. Each Craigsanquhar Owner is guaranteed eight weeks of Cottage use each year.
The Reservations Policies and Procedures provides for generous and flexible use of the Cottages. Last minute vacations, long weekend vacation and consecutive week vacations are all available. Owners can elect to rent their reserved time and share in the revenues.
Unlike full ownership, Owners can request reservations for up to four Cottages at the same time for family reunions, small weddings or business meetings.
Primary Vacation Period
Each Cottage Owner chooses a two-week vacation period which is guaranteed for their use each year.
Planned Vacation Periods
Cottage Owners are guaranteed an additional six weeks of use each year based on the Reservations Policies and Procedures.
Guests Use
Cottage Owners can invite guests to accompany them or send unaccompanied guests. There are no additional charges for guest use of the Cottages.
