What is Craigsanguhar?
Craigsanguhar is a Private Residence Club for the exclusive use by its the Owners and their guests. At build out, Craigsanguhar will have 25 spacious cottages, a spa treatment facility, a fitness center, conference facilities, sports equipment and restaurant. Craigsanguhar is named after the 17th century lodge located adjacent the Cottages which will serve as the hospitality center for Owners and guests.

When will Craigsanguhar be available for use by its Owner and their guests?
The Cottages in Phase I are available now as well use of the Craigsanguhur Lodge.

Can a corporation or LLC own at Cottage?
Yes, any legal entity can own a Cottage.

How will the Cottages be finished and appointed?
All cottages come fully furnished, decorated and accessorized.

Who controls the affairs of the Cottages at Craigsanguhar?
An Owner - elected Board of Directors will control the management and maintenance of the Cottages as well as establish the annual operating budget.
How many Ownerships will be sold in each Cottage?
The Ownership Documents mandates a maximum of six Owners per Cottage.

What is provided with the Annual Owners Fees?
The Annual Owners Fee cover the typical cost of maintenance, professional management and operations of the Cottages. These fees provide funds for staff salaries, supplies, interior and exterior maintenance, landscaping, window washing, trash removal, utilities, fuel, water, insurance, TV, internet, telephone service and funds for a reserve account for future replacement of furniture and finishes as they wear out.

Are the Cottages a typical timeshare development?
No. Owners have access to luxury residences with the right to use them anytime, subject to the Reservations Policy and Procedures. Each owner is given a recorded deed, allowing owners to sell or pass along their ownership for generations.

How is title conveyed to a Cottage Owner?
Each owner will receive a deeded 1/6th interest in a cottage and an undivided interest in the cottage common area.

Can an Owner store their personal belongings at Craigsanguhar?
Yes. Limited amount of secure storage will be provided for each owner. Upon arrival to the cottage, a concierge will arrange for an owner's personal items to be delivered.
