The Cottages at Craigsanquhar will be owned by its members and operated solely for their enjoyment. As a fractional owner who will receive a one-sixth undivided deeded interest in a beautifully furnished cottage and in interest in the common areas. You can vacation at the Cottages anytime you wish, subject only to the reservation policies. Like any other real estate, ownership may be sold, willed, transferred or placed in a trust.
Ownership at Craigsanquhar provides exclusive privileges at an amazing location at a fraction of the cost of traditional ownership. You never have to worry about the usual hassles of vacation home ownership, the Club handles all of the maintenance and upkeep for you.
